Any media provider credentials or playlist URLs synced via Infinio Cloud are **end-to-end encrypted**. This means the data is encrypted on your device before it reaches our servers. We do not have the keys to decrypt or view your personal media links.

We use your information solely to:

  • Facilitate the synchronization of your settings across your desktop devices.
  • Manage your Premium subscription and provide technical support.
  • Send essential service updates (e.g., password resets or billing issues).

4. Cookies and Tracking

Infinio uses essential cookies to keep you signed into the web dashboard. We do not use invasive third-party tracking cookies or sell your browsing data to advertisers.

We share limited data with the following processors to operate Infinio:
