By downloading, installing, or using Infinio ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.
2. Important Disclaimer (No Content Provided)
Infinio is a media player. We do not provide, host, or broadcast any content, streams, or playlists.
Users must provide their own content (e.g., via Xtream Codes or M3U playlists). Infinio has no affiliation with any third-party content provider. We do not endorse the use of our software to stream copyrighted material without authorization from the rightsholders.
3. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the content you access using Infinio. You agree not to use the Software for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law. You represent that you have the legal right to access any playlists or streams you connect to the Software.
4. Infinio Cloud & Premium Features
The "Infinio Cloud" subscription provides advanced features including device synchronization and unlimited provider support.
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or yearly basis.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time via the web dashboard; however, no refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
- "Cloud Sync" data is end-to-end encrypted. We cannot access your specific playlist URLs or credentials.
5. Software License
Infinio grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Software. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the Software.
6. Limitation of Liability
Infinio is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. In no event shall Infinio or its developers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Software.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
